[One-Shot] The Promotion of Staff Sergeant

A one-shot story that is short enough that explains about Boruto's delayed promotion of getting a Staff Sergeant rank in JGSDF. The event took place before episode 120 and after episode 136.
No need to write a summary here, though, because this is a very short story, hence "one-shot" in its name, inspired to some fan fiction users making one-shot stories.
